In order to achieve our health goals, there is no one size fits all solution. As a Fitness & Nutrition Coach, I'm here to assist you in coming up with a plan of action that will help you reach such goals.

Workout Lesson

I'm a certified NASM Fitness Coach with a Bachelor of Science Degree, with a major in Nutrition. I have over 10 years of experience in the field.
Fitness: My fitness programs may include core, functional, cardio, balance, endurance, strength, flexibility, and more. All depending on your goals.
Nutrition: Nutrition programs may include nutrition assessment, customized nutrition strategies and tools, based on comprehensive evaluation. Aiming at creating a tailored plan for you.


Yoga Class

I’ve been training with Alex since August and I am so happy that I signed up to work with him. He is professional, always on time and very accommodating. I live with a limb length discrepancy due to a congenital disease called fibular hemimelia. He is so understanding with my limitations and has me doing modifications that make it easier for me to move in a way that serves me. I’ve tried doing this on my own but I find when he is with me, I work harder and burn more calories with his direction. I recommend him 100 percent!! I’m down 15 pounds and the results are still going! I have more energy, I feel better about myself, my clothing fits better and I feel like I have more strength and stamina than when we started. Home Fitness

I really enjoy working with Alex! He is very dedicated and encouraging. He also really challenges you during the workouts to do your best. I hated working out before starting the sessions with Alex, but after seeing him a couple of times, he really motivated me, and I start to enjoy it! Alex also provides great nutritionist advices: in a little over a month, in combination with 2 workout sessions a week, I have lost 7 1/2 pounds as well as 2 1/2 inches down the waist, which is great success !
